This past Saturday night, Tejano music mainstay Balde Muñoz was Emceeing at the Outta Town Dance Hall, during an Augustine Ramirez show. The man behind the Tejano powerhouse, Fandango USA, hasn’t performed in years but continues to have strong ties to the genre that he dedicated his life to.
