CONDITION:

This engine was taken from a 2014 320i xDrive Sedan with ~59k miles. The engine could not be run before being removed from the car. The timing chain does not appear to have been rubbing against anything abnormally. The timing chain guides appear to be original, so replace these at your discretion. Cylinder compression and leak-down tests were performed on each cylinder, yielding the following results: Cylinder 1: 210psi/3% leakage, Cyl. 2: 210psi/3%, Cyl. 3: 215psi/3%, Cyl. 4: 210psi/2%. These readings are very good. The engine includes only what is shown in the photos. For example, the turbo assembly, intake manifold, valve cover, and belt-drive accessories are not included. The engine housing has no rubbing or cracks, and all the mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
