Driver Killed In Hwy 24 Crash Was Ejected From Vehicle - Patch.com

An Antioch man pronounced dead at the scene of a crash on state Highway 24 near Orinda Wednesday afternoon was ejected from the vehicle during a rollover because he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt, according to the CHP. The incident was reported just east of Wilder Road at 2:49 p. m. after an eastbound 2002 Buick LeSabre had a minor collision with a 2014 Mercedes-Benz S550 then hit the embankment, going airborne and rolling over several times. The driver, who was not wearing his seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle while it rolled over.
