A four-vehicle accident on Interstate 10 Tuesday morning near Ramah, west of Baton Rouge, killed 33-year-old Tracy Franques of Maurice, La. , Louisiana State Police said. Franques' 2013 Ford Focus was hit by a 2007 International box truck driven by 57-year-old John Witt of Deer Park, Texas. Witt came up behind traffic that was stopped due to an earlier crash, tried to avoid hitting the vehicle in front of him but hit Franques' Focus instead, police said. As a result of the collision, Franques' car was then pushed into a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, driven by 33-year-old Jason Ross of Baytown, Texas, and the back of a 2016 Peterbuilt 18-wheeler being driven by 56-year-old Danny Richard of Crowley, police...
