Authorities responded to the Park Central North Apartment Homes near Hoover Road and 64th Street just before 7 a. m. According to preliminary investigation, the victim was in his car, waiting to take his girlfriend to work and his girlfriend’s... Police said the suspect demanded the victim to get out of the car.
