3 Three commercial burglaries were reported: 1:30 a. m. in the 1200 block of East Argues Avenue, 6:30 a. m. in the 100 block of East El Camino Real and 6:45 a. m. in the 800 block of Old San Francisco Road. 1000 block of Aster Avenue, 10:05 a. m. -9 p. m. Aug. 1000 block of Astoria Drive, 4:49 p. m. Aug. 5 Officers responding to a reported hit-and-run located the vehicle involved near Highway 85 and Fremont Avenue, learned the two juveniles inside, who abandoned the vehicle and took off running, burglarized a residence in Saratoga. 1100 block of Reinclaud Court, 9:30 a. m. -9:30 p. m. Aug. 700 block of East El Camino Real, 3:40 p. m. Saturday Three people accused of an attempt to commit fraud at a business were arrested in the parking lot. 1500 block of Blackhawk Drive, 8 p. m. Sunday Two people fiddling with the front door of a residence ran off when a female resident responded to see what the strange sounds were all about. Albemarle Way, 8:02 p. m. Saturday Officers were unable to locate a person with a flashlight seen jumping over a resident's fence. Toledo Court, 9:14 a. m.
