Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A national traffic safety agency is urging drivers to replace defective air bags, after millions of cars have been recalled because the airbags may shoot metal shrapnel when they go off. There are other ways to see if your car is impacted, you can use Carfax's recall website by clicking here. Both the Toyota and Honda websites offer information on the recall and contact information. If your car is impacted, you should also be getting a letter in the mail in the next few days about the recall.
