ALL OF THE MOUNTING STUDS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE. DOES COME WITH BULBS BUT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED. THIS LIGHT WILL MOUNT GREAT TO YOUR INFINITI. THIS IS NOT SOME CHEAP AFTERMARKET JUNK MADE IN CHINA.
