A male with a flashlight inside a vehicle attempted to flee, and police later stopped an individual who fitted the suspect's description. He was positively identified by witnesses, and had allegedly been inside a red 2004 GMC, a gray 1999 Infiniti G20, and a gray 1998 Jeep Cherokee. The suspect was also charged with possession of burglary tools, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, and theft. He was also issued summonses for not having lamps on his bicycle, for not having audio on his bicycle, and for urinating in public. • A burglary was reported on Oct.
