Charleston Forkpa, 18, who is affiliated with the OTA (Only the Africans) gang, was found with a . 22 caliber black Ruger handgun, which was on the rear passenger floor of a 2002 silver Infiniti G20 on Hendricks Avenue Sunday afternoon, police... When they drove up Hendricks Avenue off Jersey Street, they saw the Infiniti with front –side damage and three occupants inside, the criminal complaint says. Forkpa was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal use of a firearm in the second degree, criminal possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition, according to a spokesman for Daniel Donovan's office. Forkpa is the second person allegedly affiliated with the OTA gang to be arrested on weapons charges in the last week.
