Hancock County Sheriff's Log: Motorcyclist charged with OUI - The Ellsworth American

Deputy Travis Frost spoke with a Brooklin father Aug. Deputy Shane Campbell took an elderly woman with dementia from Sullivan to Maine Coast Memorial Hospital Sunday. Campbell and County Ambulance went to a report of a child, 7, with mental health issues who was reportedly out of control Saturday. On Saturday, Campbell spoke with a Mountain View Nursing Home resident in Franklin who has been allegedly harassing the employees. A deputy assisted the Ellsworth Police Department with a suicidal woman who allegedly had knives on her person last week. The woman was taken to Maine Coast Memorial Hospital for an evaluation. Police summoned Dakota Arnold, 20, of Bradford on charges of operating after suspension and speeding 71 mph in a 55-mph zone Saturday. Police summoned Jacqueline Caswell, 19, of Penobscot on a charge of illegal transportation of liquor by a minor. Also during the stop, Deputy Dana Austin arrested Tyler Nickel of Ellsworth on a charge of violating conditions of his release. A Lamoine man was charged after a two-vehicle crash on Douglas Highway in Lamoine Aug. Austin summoned Eric Briggs, 34, of Lamoine on a charge of driving to endanger. Source: www.ellsworthamerican.com
