S. 17 in Hampstead when he allegedly rear-ended a Kia Soul driven by Gentry Eddings II, 28, that was stopped at the traffic light at the Sloop Point Loop Road. The Soul overturned and the box truck continued and struck a 2012 Kia Sorento carrying Hadley Eddings, 28 – pregnant wife of Gentry Eddings II -- and the Eddingses' son Dobbs, 2.
