Once your gears have been received by us, we will fully clean and rebuild each using only Beisan Systems products.
Typical shipping back to you is usually only 2-3 days even coast to coast.
Turn around time is very fast. We clean, inspect, rebuild and send them back to you the very next day.
Each gear is thoroughly cleaned, then inspected under a magnification to check for cracks and other defects.
NEW Viton and Teflon seals are installed and seated.
Finally the gear assembly is pressed using the Beisan tool.
