For 2016 Lexus updates the LX 570 significantly. First, the LX gets a new front grill sporting the latest iteration of the hugely successful spindle design. Lexus calls it a “one-piece spindle. The body is all new except the door panels. The drivetrain is also updated with a new eight-speed transmission. The 2016 LX 570 also gets Drive Mode Select. The LX 570 can tow 7,000 pounds. Safety is enhanced with Lexus new Safety System+ which features forward collision prevention with automated braking.
