May 28 -- Gregory Alan Cassagne, 59, of Carroll County, died when his 2009 Toyota Prius was struck by a 2009 Nissan Altima while attempting to make a left turn from Max Blobs Park Road onto Route 175 in Jessup. Police said at the time that Cassagne had failed to yield the right of way. June 28 -- Forrest Andrew Williams, 54, of Annapolis, was killed after the motorcycle he was driving struck a curb, throwing him from the bike near Green Holly Drive and Ramblewood Drive in Annapolis. July 26 -- Timothy Joseph Humphrey, 30, of Edgewater, was killed when the motorcycle he was driving was struck by a Toyota in Davidsonville.
