Richland County First Steps Health Consultant Services Bids are being solicited by the Richland County First Steps Partnership Board for health consulting services that would affect a child’s readiness for school. Consultants will provide technical assistance, DSS trainings, collaborations to child care centers and referrals for children age birth through five and their families and to designated child care centers in Richland County. The deadline for submittals is June 17, 2013 by 4:00pm. A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 10, 2013 at 11:00am at 2008 Marion Street, Suite B, Columbia, SC 29201.
