An officer was patrolling an alley in the 100 block of Oak Street at about 1:30 a. m. Aug. A 22-year-old Brownstown Township resident and a 22-year-old Woodhaven resident were ticketed for disorderly conduct and released. A bicycle was stolen out of a garage in the 1200 block of Lindbergh on Aug.
