The RC , as you’d expect, isn’t a major part of the brand’s upswing, as newly launched $50K+ coupes aren’t a driving factor in today’s marketplace. That vehicle generates one-quarter the Lexus brand’s volume while RCs account for just 4% of all Lexus sales in Canada. Sales: down 10. 0% to 1348 – It’s not surprising to see ES sales falling in 2015. Lexus is launching a revamped ES for the 2016 model year. That fact, together with the overall decline of passenger cars and increasing disinterest in high-end volume brand cars which compete with the ES, will inevitably bring down the car’s Canadian sales. Sales: up 150% to 2367 – Audi Canada’s second-gen A3 is a far more effective entry point to the Audi brand than the first A3 hatchback ever was. In only nine months last year, for instance, Audi sold more A3s than in any previous full calendar year. 2015 is significantly more healthy than that, with Audi set to sell more A3s in the first eight months of 2015 than in the final nine months of 2014.
