2016 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (EU-spec) Will Make a Debut at Frankfurt 2015 - autoevolution
Mitsubishi must believe that what works for Japan will also work for Europe. Only two months have passed since Mitsubishi introduced the Outlander PHEV for the Japanese market, and now they're telling (and showing) us Europeans will get the green SUV too. However, for Europe, Mitsubishi is adding Ruby Black Pearl and Quartz Brown Metallic hues for clients to specify on the Outlander PHEV's exterior. Inside, the 2016 Outlander PHEV for Europe will sport, according to Mitsubishi, revamped seat upholstery design and materials. Also, besides "the existing sporty black leather trim, Outlander PHEV is now available with luxurious brown leather trim". Since the model will have to please European customers, it was only natural for Mitsubishi to try and keep NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) under control. The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV went on sale in Japan in July.
