Driver crashes into parked semi BOISE -- Just before noon Monday, Alejandro Juarez, 19, of Meridian, was driving a 2014 Nissan Quest van when he drove off the right shoulder and rear ended a semi truck driven by Frank Cordoba, 58, of Aloha Oregon. com/1TQcxo6 BOISE -- Just before noon Monday, Alejandro Juarez, 19, of Meridian, was driving a 2014 Nissan Quest van when he drove off the right shoulder and rear ended a semi truck driven by Frank Cordoba, 58, of Aloha Oregon. The semi truck was stationary on the right shoulder when the accident occurred. Idaho State Police say the crash was on eastbound I-84 just east of the Cole Road overpass.
