This is a full XENON assembly. Fully tested. All components light up and function as intended. Lens is clear with some minor visible surface imperfections, detailed in the photos. All mounting tabs are intact. There is no condensation present. There are no cracks or breaks of the casing. Xenon bulbs, HID ballast and halogen bulbs are included for your convenience, halogen bulbs are not guaranteed. See photos for cosmetic details.
