This is a new OEM lower TRD spoiler bumper kit with hardware kit to install. You have to buy with VIN# from dealer for this kit so it is super rare BUT it does require you to cut your existing bumper to install - there is NO template from dealer for it! This was a special order item from one of our dealers who ordered for a buyer who stole the two hook covers from the kit and stuck our dealer with it! NICE!!??! So selling below dealer cost (loss) to move it....never find again this cheap - $2400 list price!
