Hyperblink module is included. This allows the turn signals to maintain the normal speed once LEDs are installed.

Came off my BRZ before I sold the car. Used for a couple of months. 
They work like new and are a nice upgrade from the stock lights.
Installation is simple, just switch out the turn signal bulbs then switch out the relay under the dash.
