                                                                                                                                              Shifter Joint rebuild Kit - Severe Duty    

  Worn out plastic OEM bushings are the root cause for slop and vibration.  Pre '06 Subaru's use a non-serviceable U-joint; however, this kit allows you to rebuild and IMPROVE the factory part.  Kit includes oil impregnated brass bushings for severe duty, Grade 12 hardened and machined steel shaft, locknut/washer, and 10mm drill bit (One simple drilling operation required).  These brass bushings have twice the bearing surface area, which reduces the deflection in the joint and will last years longer than the OEM soft plastic bushings.   Improves the feel and integrity of your stock or aftermarket shifter.  Bushing Specifications:

• SAE 841-copper (87-90%), tin (8-9), carbon 
• Powdered metal bronze provides interconnected reservoirs for oil
• Vacuum impregnated SAE 30 oil (approx. 19% by vol.)
• Self-lubricating – when in motion oil rises to the surface.  Self-restoring when at rest
