This unit has been fully bench tested under a load.

As with all starters, please make sure to install this unit in a vehicle that has a fully charged and load-tested battery. Also, please check all of the electrical connections related to the starter to verify that there are no frayed or corroded cables, poor battery terminal clamps, or any loose or corroded connections in the system. Units that have been damaged due to negligence on the part of the installer are not covered under warranty. Be sure that the vehicle is free from any starting issues not related to the starter before installing any starter into a vehicle. Issues that can mimic a faulty starter include but are not limited to:

-Faulty/defective or poorly charged battery

-Poor battery terminals and cables. Check the ground side as well !!!!!!

-Corroded, frayed or loose cables and connections

-Engine issues (seized /locked engine or timing problems)

-Fuel delivery issues including lack of any fuel.

-Loose or corroded pigtail wire (from ignition).

-6 Months warranty .

 WARNING!!!! Some of the most common problems that cause “Warranty” issues are over-tightening of the electrical terminals when units are being installed. DO NOT use impact (air-driven) tools to tighten electrical connections on starters. Additionally, Overcranking, which is caused by trying to start the vehicle for an extended period of time (greater than a few seconds)...
