From a 2001 Toyota 4Runner with Tilt Steering.   

It is in good used condition for the age.  

Only what is shown is included.   

I guarantee the shaft and upper yoke to be functional.   

I do NOT guarantee the lower rag joint.  

According to my resources, it will fit: 

98-02 4-Runner with Tilt Steering.  

Apparently, Non-Tilt columns take a different part.
