This is the RIGHT dash vent from a 2005 4Runner. Vent louver and bezel housing is in good shape.
All louver fins are in good shape and move in all directions together. These usually get broken from people wedging air fresheners and cell phone mounts into the fins. 

This is VERY EASY to change. One bolt on the bottom side and the whole assembly pulls off the dash.

This is the vent louver next to the passenger door window.

This will fit in ALL 4Runners from 2003 to 2009.
