This is the LEFT dash vent from the 2003 to 2009 4Runners. Vent louver and bezel housing is in good shape.
All louver fins are in good shape and move in all directions together. These usually get broken from people wedging air fresheners and cell phone mounts into the fins. 

This is VERY EASY to change. It simply snaps into place on the backside of the Instrument cluster bezel surround panel.

This is the vent louver in the Instrument cluster bezel panel. Louver is next to the drivers door window.

This will fit in ALL 4Runners from 2003 to 2009.
