Custom Carbon Ceramic Brake Setup that is a direct bolt on to
2012 to 2016 Tesla Model S
This was custom design and built for my 2015 Tesla Model S
Brake pads are not even worn. I love the setup, but bought a new 2020 and they changed the rear brake setup so I had these removed from my old Tesla and they are not compatible with my new one. The front fits, but not the rear.
Just the parts alone wholesale price was more money than I am asking. I had to have custom hats for the rotors custom made for them to bolt up to the tesla.
The setup has maybe 5,000 miles on them and took a good 2 years to design.
There is over $20,000 invested into this brake setup. Even if you spent all the time and had the equipment to design everything yourself you would spend more money than I am asking for this kit in the parts alone.
The carbon rotors alone without the custom hats would be around $6000 alone. The brembo calipers are around $750 each and then you have to have them custom painted with the logo.
Get this rare set. Reduces weight, stops on a dime, and your car is faster due to the weight reduction. The carbon rotors last a lot longer than steel rotors. Fronts are 394mm diameter and rears are 390mm. 6 piston brembo calipers on the front and 4 piston brembo calipers in the rear. Each rotor is only around 16 lbs each! A regular steel rotor that is the same diameter and thickness would be over 40 lbs each. The most important part is it produces much less heat. This comes complete with brake pads, mounting bolts, stainless braided brake lines, etc. Complete kit.
