Does your Volvo whistle? This is a very common problem on certain models and it involves the oil filter housing which also functions as a PCV oil trap. When it gets stopped up it begins to whistle. This is a VERY important sign that you need to replace the oil filter housing immediately. Clogged oil traps can do drastic damage to your engine if not replaced immediately.
