The "Anti-Theft" is a package feature on certain trim levels. The way it works is the car senses if an unauthorized unlock is triggered and then quickly re-locks itself while honking the horn and flashing the lights. This prevents someone from using a Slim-jim style system from breaking into your car.
An easy way to check if you have this option is to roll down a window, lock your car. Reach in through the window and try to manually unlock the door (do not use the electronic lock/unlock button). If the door re-locks itself and the horn/lights go crazy then congratulations, you have the "Anti-Theft" package.
