NSS GH¢150 vehicle auction raises eyebrows - Starr 103.5 FM
Starr News’ investigations have revealed that the vehicles which are being sold between Gh¢150 and Gh¢30,000 are to be auctioned to staff of the organisation. The 10-page document intercepted from the office of the President and signed by the acting Executive Director of the National Service Scheme, Dr. Kpessa Whyte, covers brands such as Toyota, Nissan, VW Passat, Isuzu, Mahindra Bolero, Suzuki Jeep,... GR 4536P without an engine, gearbox, radiator and brakes is being sold for GH¢150 while a 1987 model Ford L800 with registration number. GV 4279 C is going for GH¢30,000. The documents also revealed that a 2008 model Land Cruiser with registration number GN 1425 Z with engine and gear box would be auctioned for GH¢12, 000. A 2007 model Toyota Hilux with registration number... A 2008 model Mahindra Bolero registered GV 451 Z with a defective engine and gear box among others is also going for.
