THE 2016 TOYOTA HILUX will go on-sale in Australia from early October and Toyota has been working hard to keep the wraps on it and other new models. Yesterday, Toyota revealed images and some details about the interior of its new HiLux, although it should be noted that the images here are of a pre-production SR5 variant. Other new interior features across the HiLux range include air-conditioning, cruise control, headlamp levelling, 12-volt accessory socket, intermittent wipers, a centre console box and power operation for the windows, mirrors and door locks. Toyota has also upped its game where safety is concerned, with a reversing camera now standard on all pick-ups and an extra-cost accessory camera available for cab-chassis buyers as well as seven airbags, stability and traction control, anti-skid... Seat-belt reminders will be standard to front seats in all variants and for rear seats on double cabs. Source: practicalmotoring.com.au
