i've got a 1987 Mitsubishi Pajero 2. 5 liter diesel and i've got almost 250000 kilometers and still running great exept i top up oil up to 3 liters from change oil to 8000 kms. i lately used fully synthetic 5w-30 Shell mixed with Petron 5w-40 Ultron (fully synthetic). i change oil filters midway at 4000kms. the last 20: 89 Merc Sable LS wagon - 240k - headgaskets were issues on the 3. 8 other than that great car 87 Olds Delta 88 - 310K - replaced tranny, brake and fuel lines 92 Merc Sable LS wagon - 144K - Headgaskets - enough of the 3. 8 already. 96 Saturn - 160K - I never realy liked this car and it could not take the beating that most others would. 98 Chrysler T&C 3. 3 - 210K Was constantly driven near topend, even 120 (with wind) Beat constantly 02 Chrysler 300M Special 180K - Loved this car. Never an issue and regret selling 05 Chrysler Pacifica - 240K - Loved this ride however the Hubs were a constant issue 07 Maxima 60k Got rid of quick for constant front end issues with hubs and brakes was a hassle to own. 07 Malibu Maxx LS 140K Driven daily no issues 08 Toyota Camry LE 80K Driving and no issues. It's reliable, cheap as hell to maintain (only thing I've had to get fixed is the exhaust manifold, which is a common problem on V8 Explorers and is fully covered under warranty), and though the gas mileage isn't great it is a fun car to drive-...
