4th person dies after Sedona crash with suicidal driver - KPHO Phoenix

Authorities in Sedona say a fourth person has died after a crash caused by a driver who fatally shot himself behind the wheel. Sedona police say 29-year-old Swapna Ponnambalam of Phoenix died Tuesday at Flagstaff Medical Center. Ponnambalam, her husband and her mother were traveling on state Route 89A Sunday when a car driven by 48-year-old Ross "Scott" Willoughby crossed the center line. The Coconino County medical examiner determined Willoughby died when he shot himself before the crash. Police say 33-year-old Moorthy Somashundarum and 66-year-old Bhuvaneswari Ponnanbalam died at the scene. Source: www.kpho.com
