Child injured in Monday crash on Savannah Highway dies, coroner says - Charleston Post Courier

A 3-year-old who was seriously injured in a crash Monday on U. S. Highway 17 in Charleston has died, according to officials. D’Angelo Moore, of Hollywood, died of injuries suffered in the crash just before 2 p. m. Tuesday at Medical University Hospital, according to Charleston County Deputy Coroner Kimberly Rhoton. Paralee Smalls, 79, also of Hollywood was riding in the same car and died at the scene Monday. The Cadillac went spinning into a stopped 2010 GMC Sierra pickup that was waiting to turn left, according to a police report. The driver of the Cadillac was taken to Medical University Hospital with unspecified injuries. The driver of the Ford Focus was taken to St. Francis Hospital with unspecified injuries.
