Charges filed against driver in fatal church bus crash - WTHR

Charles Goodman, 53, of Gary, was charged last Thursday (July 30) with reckless homicide and driving while suspended. If convicted, Goodman could face a possible term of one to six years. Six-year-old Jacob Williams was killed in the Hancock County crash , and several others were injured, including Goodman. Investigators claim Goodman was asleep at the wheel and had no recollection of the crash.
