According to the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office, a white and tan 2001 Ford F-350 Super Duty truck was taken from David Finholt Construction, located at 1813 Trout Run Road in Decorah. A driver who accidentally hit a child with his truck landed in the hospital after bystanders allegedly beat the him up.
