Ford's aluminum-bodied 2017 Super Duty leaks out ahead of schedule - Digital Trends

A low-quality amateur spy shot seemingly snapped during a presentation has fully revealed the all-new 2017 Ford Super Duty well ahead of its scheduled debut. The F-250 depicted in the leaked image features a bold-looking front end with a massive radiator grille that does without the current model’s chromed frame, vertical headlights and a chromed bumper. Like the 2015 F-150 , the new Super Duty will weigh a lot less than its predecessor thanks to a body made entirely out of military-grade aluminum. However, both units will be thoroughly upgraded in order to return better gas mileage and allow the Super Duty to tow even more. Industry rumors indicate that Ford will introduce the 2017 Super Duty early next month at the New York Motor Show. Source: www.digitaltrends.com
