All core assemblies are cleaned and inspected to ensure core quality guidelines are meet before reassembly begins therefore reducing failure rate. Completely disassembled and cleaned using three separate methods to eliminate all foreign contaminants. All component parts are pre-qualified during disassembly for reclaiming or replacement as needed to maximize performance. Dynamically calibrated to OE performance criteria using state-of-the-art electronic testing, which validates flow and checks for leaks to ensure product reliability.Each unit is carefully identified, and completely disassembled to is core assembly. All core assemblies are cleaned and inspected to ensure core quality guidelines are meet before reassembly begins therefore reducing failure rate. All component parts are quality tested against OE specification with the worn parts being reconditioned or replaced, to meet emission requirements and maximize engine performance. The reassembled units are calibrated to OE specification, checked on the flow bench to validate flow, and checked for leaks before being packaged.
