Center Point shooting now a homicide investigation - Trussvilletribune
Just before midnight on Monday July 27, Sheriff’s deputies were called to the 2900 block of Creek Lane NE in Center Point to investigate a report of a person down. According to a press release by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, a 25-year-old male was located just outside his apartment suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. The victim, Rodriguez Cordell Hall, died at the hospital from his injuries on July 28. There was evidence of forced entry of the residence, and the inside of the home was in disarray, leading investigators to believe the victim arrived home and... Two male suspects were seen leaving in a beige or gold Ford F-150, and anyone with information about this case is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 205-325-1450 or Crime Stoppers at 205-254-7777.
