Missing teens now suspects in Pa. robbery - The Courier

Two missing Wyandot County teenagers are suspects in an armed robbery early Thursday in Pennsylvania, the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office reports. Police in Pennsylvania said the suspects were identified as Triston Kindle, 16, of Upper Sandusky, and Rose May, 15, of Sycamore, who were reported missing early Monday. “We got a modern-day Bonnie and Clyde out here from Ohio,” said David Kerestes, chief of the Elizabeth Township Police Department in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, about 45 miles south of Pittsburgh. The suspects fled the store in a pickup truck that had been stolen earlier from Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, Elizabeth Township police said. A township officer suffered minor injuries when he was dragged while trying to stop the truck, police said. The pickup was later found in a wooded area about two miles from the convenience store, but the robbers were not located. The Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office said video footage from a Wal-Mart in Bucyrus shows Kindle and May taking shotgun shells from the store early that morning. The video also shows the couple leaving the store in a white Ford F-250 pickup, which was reported stolen Monday from the area where Kindle lives. The Ford F-250 was found abandoned Wednesday in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. Source: thecourier.com
