Viroqua fly-in breakfast make a comeback - La Crosse Tribune

The midsummer fly-in/drive-in breakfast returns to the Viroqua Municipal Airport, Sunday, July 19, this year being hosted by Chapter 1439 of the Experimental Aircraft Association. The fly-in breakfast was something people for many years looked forward to attending, coming both by airplane and automobile. EAA Chapter 1439 is teaming up with the Viroqua Lions Club, which will be serving the breakfast. The Lions will serve a pancake, sausage and egg breakfast from 8 a. m. to 1 p. m. Cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children. In addition to the breakfast, there will be an opportunity to see the airplanes, the new Viroqua fire truck, the MedLink helicopter, the Civil Air Patrol flight simulator, and a display of remote control airplanes by the local RC airplane club.
