A two-vehicle crash on Highway 138E around 9:40 p. m. Friday night sent four people to the hospital, including one patient to Portland with serious injuries. Oregon State Police said a Ford F-150 driven by Jake William Dukes, 42, Idelyld Park, was headed east on 138E when it rear-ended a Ford driven by Timothy Leon Rummel, 55, Roseburg, near milepost 3 Friday night.
