From previous articles, the Ford Mustang GT and Shelby GT350 are low volume in comparison to the sales numbers of the F-150. Supposedly, the return on investment wasn't feasible to introduce an all aluminum body Ford Mustang due to the sales... I would be happy if the trunk lid was aluminum since the hood and front fenders already use aluminum pieces, which means the base GT would weight under 3,700 LBS without any major modifications to the chassis or drive train. on another note, it would be awesome if they are doing a large displacement Flat Plane Crank engine, perhaps the present day 6. 2L V8.
