Driver cited in multi-vehicle SB I-75 crash - WXIX

The front left tire from his white 2002 Dodge pickup truck detached and rolled across the southbound lanes of I-75, striking a dark green 2012 Chevrolet Equinox in the left center lane. The Chevrolet driver, Vinitha Crump of Brookville, Ohio, immediately slowed her vehicle and was hit from behind by a red 2001 Ford F-150 pickup truck, troopers said in a prepared statement. The impact spun her car around and left it facing north in the southbound left lane, where her vehicle was then struck head-on by a blue 2001 Ford Taurus. The Ford pickup truck ran off the left side of the road and hit the guardrail. The Ford Taurus ran off the right side of the interstate and hit a guardrail. The drivers of the Ford pickup truck and Ford Taurus were taken to Atrium Medical Center in Middletown with non-life threatening injuries. Source: www.fox19.com
