An Oklahoma man is dead after a crash troopers said was caused by drinking and driving. The man was a passenger in a pickup that hit a tree Monday afternoon on Sandy Bass Bay Road in McIntosh County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Investigators said James Darrel Bruner of Eufaula was behind the wheel of a Dodge Ram pickup that left the county road and struck a tree about a mile south of Texanna Road.
