You are getting an original factory passenger right black lower seat cushion. The part came out of a 2006 Acura TL and may fit 2005 to 2008 Acura TL models. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. The part is used, has a few signs of wear, has no rips or tears in the leather and is in good condition (see pictures). Additionally, the heater element has not been tested and is not guaranteed to work.
