These are to my knowledge, and I'm 99% sure, Canadian A-Spec lights. They're blacked out from the factory on these lights. Very expensive lights and very RARE. I bought them from a user on here years ago in Canada and my intention was to do a projector retrofit but sold the car before that happened. They have never been cut open and come in their OEM Honda boxes with bubble wrap still wrapped. They are used but I would give them 9.8/10 condition only because they could use a very light wet sand if you're picky like me. Other than that, they're solid and look amazing. No broken tabs or anything of that nature.
These do not come with bulbs or ballasts, but you can just swap over your current bulbs and ballasts and this is plug and play for 02-03, base and type s.
I paid in the neighborhood of $900 for these back in 2006 and obviously taking a loss to sell these now. If you live in the Bay Area, CA, you have the option to pick these up.
