A 21-year-old Tigard woman was arrested on multiple charges early Sunday morning after running a red light and slamming into a car at the intersection of Kruse Way and the off-ramp from southbound Interstate 5. Police said a 2004 Chevy sedan was... Elden had run a red light as she exited I-5, according to a Washington County Sheriffs deputy who saw the crash. She gave officers a false name and fought with them before being arrested and taken to jail, deputies said. Elden was charged with DUII, Reckless Driving, Assault IV, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin), Resisting Arrest, Proividing False Information to Police and a warrant for Failure to Appear in court on a previous heroin charge.
